La Selva Jungle Lodge is located deep in the Ecuadorian Amazon region, a two and a half hour canoe trip from Coca city. This Lodge is situated at 250 Mts. (820 ft) above sea level, an altitude where huge trees grow surrounded by a high biodiversity of flora and fauna.
Through more than fifteen years of refinement, this lodge has developed a responsible operation and become at one with the environment. In 1992 La Selva created the Neotropical Field Biology Institute, where many scientists come to carry out scientific research.
The lodge, surrounded by the Garzacocha Lake, offers comfortable cabins with a native rustic style, as well as good standards of quality and service. Here you can enjoy a nice social area, a library, a bar with exotic beverages and a restaurant with delicious dishes.
